Privacy Stuff (What We Do With Your Info)

This isn’t one of those legal pages written by lawyers. This is just us, telling you straight up how we handle the stuff you share with us — like your name, email, medical reports, all that.

We know it’s personal. That’s why we’re writing this like normal people.

What You Share With Us (And Why We Need It)

When you contact us — usually because you’re looking for treatment in India — you might give us:

  • Your name

  • Your contact info (email, WhatsApp, phone)

  • Your location or country

  • Some medical documents (scans, reports, notes, etc.)

We don’t collect this for fun. It’s so we can actually help you. That’s it.

What Happens To That Info

We look at it.
We think, “Alright, how do we help this person?”
Then we

  • Match you with a doctor or hospital who fits your case

  • Share your info with them only if you give the go-ahead

  • Keep some of it stored securely, in case you follow up later or need ongoing help

That’s the gist.

Who Actually Sees It?

Us — a small, tight-knit team based in India.

If we loop in a doctor or hospital, it’s someone we trust. We don’t work with shady places, and we definitely don’t pass your info to ad companies, marketers, or third-party salespeople. We’re not that kind of company.

Do We Keep It Forever?

No. But we don’t delete everything instantly either.

If you ask us to wipe your stuff, we will.
If you’re mid-treatment or might return later, we keep things on file for a while — securely.
That’s especially true if you’ve sent scans or test results that a doctor might need again.

Any tracking?

Yeah, kinda. We use Google Analytics. It tells us stuff like:

  • How many people visited

  • Which countries they came from

  • Which pages they checked out

It doesn’t tell us your name or email or anything personal like that. It’s anonymous. It just helps us figure out what’s working and what’s not.

No Facebook pixel. No creepy retargeting.

You’re In Control

You can tell us at any time:

  • “Delete everything you’ve got on me.”

  • “Can you send me a copy of the info I gave?”

  • “I changed my mind —don’t share my case with anyone yet.”

  • Or even, “Hey, just checking if you’re real.” (Yes. We are.)

We’re Not Lawyers

So here’s the deal: we’re not GDPR or HIPAA certified (yet). But we do respect privacy. We’re building this platform the right way — with trust first. We don’t want our info sold, and we’re guessing you don’t either.

So that’s the rule: treat your data how we’d want ours treated.

Changes?

If we ever change how we handle info, we’ll update this page. No silent, sneaky stuff.
